Responsiveness to the Health Care Needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in Rural Australia

This thesis was embedded in the understanding of the ingenuity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge systems, and encompassed research which highlighted the need for greater funding and policy support for primary health care models of service delivery implemented by Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations for their communities.
