Schizophrenia, Antipsychotic Use and Bone

This thesis by publication investigated the association between schizophrenia, antipsychotic use and bone, with two sections (A) a systematic review and meta-analyses and (B) a series of epidemiological studies. The findings indicated a higher fracture risk and lower bone quality and quantity in people with schizophrenia or antipsychotic users without indications.
