Self-sufficiency for the long-term unemployed: Efficacy of novel case management

This thesis investigated the efficacy of the Self-Sufficiency Case Management Model as a service and business model, as applied in an Australian not-for-profit organisation delivering employment services program. The findings indicated consistency with the Model’s core philosophy, discussed the industry constraints, stakeholder engagement and broader application beyond labour market programs.
