This study develops a novel account of signs and their articulation of thought and being by drawing selectively on Spinoza and Deleuze, reinterpreting the themes of expression, immanence-univocity, and the participation of mind and body in nature's relations and powers. Signs are understood as forms of spatiotemporal difference under three aspects of the event/affection: tempus, duratio, aeternitas.
