This thesis investigated the over-snow vehicle problem at an Australian Alpine Resort. This problem is similar to vehicle routing problems but differs with unique factors such as the effect of weather conditions, and passenger and luggage limits. This thesis applied simulation modeling and the Shapley Value to explore the sensitivity of the system to changes.
