Small affinity probes for extracellular nanovesicle-based cancer liquid biopsy

This thesis investigated the utility of small affinity probes for labeling and detecting cancer-derived extracellular vesicles. HER2 affibodies, for the first time, exhibitted the superiority over antibodies in accessing and detecting HER2-positive extracellular vesicles. Moreover, specific and sensitive fluorescence polarization-based assays using aptamers were successfully developed for detecting and classifying extracellular vesicles.<p></p>
