Social exclusion by retailers of adults with complex communication needs

The research contributes to knowledge both about structural factors in the retail industry and about disability policy settings that contribute to social exclusion of people with complex communication needs. The inclusive rationale and methodology used in the research has been acknowledged and widely used as a resource by disability researchers.
