This study explored the question 'How can social work practitioners be supported to engage with the paradigmatic shift to eco-social work, in response to climate change?' Research methodology drew from critical ethnography and critical reflection. Outcomes highlighted the imperative for greater support for frontline practitioners at the personal, cultural and structural levels in response to the climate crisis.
