Sperm Cell Sorting Using Membranes

This thesis is about the development of sperm cell sorting methods based on motility and sexing using membranes. The isolation of sperm cells with desired characteristic (motility or X chromosome bearing sperm) was achieved through combination of chemical tagging using antibodies and designed tortuous electrospun PCL membranes.
