Still invisible : the myth of the woman-friendly state

Examines the impact of state policy on the welfare of women in Victoria by means of a feminist analysis of government policies in the areas of employment, education and health. Concludes that, despite assertions of gender neutrality, state policies continue to ignore and actively exclude the interests of women.
