Stress, Lifestyle Behaviours and Allostatic Load

This research explored the mediating role of lifestyle behaviours in the association between exposure to stressors and allostatic load. Poor lifestyle behaviours may explain the association between exposure to stressors and allostatic load. The findings advanced our understanding of the inter-relationship between exposure to stressors, lifestyle behaviours and allostatic load.<p></p>
