Student support : bridging the gap between students and the university

Examines the effectiveness of current student support services at the Bangladesh Open University, and explores new alternatives. The research showed that a more personalised networked support system would have considerable social impacts and provide greater student access to education, particularly in remote areas where high percentages of students live.
