Studies of structure and properties of multi-component polymers

This research is a fundamental study on the structure and properties of multicomponent polymers. Different polydimethylsiloxane based block copolymers were synthesised and blended with poly (vinylidene fluoride). The miscibility, crystallization and morphology of blends systems were explored. These systems are of great commercial potential for membrane and battery applications.
