Study of the Geelong Local Learning and Employment Network

Internationally, in a range of policy arenas, governments have increasingly embraced concepts of networking, local decision-making and community building. This case study research provides unique empirical insights into the formation, operation and consequences of such a network in the post compulsory education, training and employment sector in Victoria, Australia.
