Supporting diabetes management in young adults during life transitions using mHealth

The thesis saw the development, piloting and evaluation of a mobile health program that aimed to support young adults with diabetes through life transitions. The evaluation found that young adults with diabetes valued credible, easily accessible and understandable information online that was relevant to them together with peer support opportunities.
