Surface Modification via Electro-initiated Polymerization for Injection Moulded Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polyamide 6 Composite

This research explored the effects of surface modification on carbon fibre using electrochemistry in reinforced thermoplastic composite specimens. It detailed procedures and challenges in upscaling surface treatments and composite blending, showcasing improved ductility and toughness in tensile and flexural behaviour, reducing interfacial debonding and promoting cohesive resin failure.<p></p>
