This thesis involves controlled-release nitrogen-based cellulose nanofibers derived from rice straw, which offer an eco-friendly and sustainable solution for efficient nutrient delivery in agriculture. These nanofibres are bonded with nitrogen and gradually released into the soil, thus improving fertilizer efficiency, reducing hazards, and promoting crop growth, making them a promising innovation.
