Sustainable Routes to Recover Cobalt from Spent Lithium-ion Batteries

This thesis investigated cobalt recovery from cobalt-containing model sources using environmentally friendly deep eutectic solvents under mild experimental conditions. The findings of this study have revealed a correlation between the speciation of Cobalt ions in the bulk solution and its electrochemical behaviour.<p></p>
