Targeting ovarian cancer with DNA aptamer delivered chemotherapy

This study sought to engineer a targeted therapeutic against ovarian cancer cells. It successfully adapted a targeting agent, known as an aptamer, and attached it to an anti-cancer drug. It demonstrated specific delivery of aptamer-delivered drug and explored its ability to kill cancer cells. This supports evidence for further research.
