Teacher Identity, Knowledge, and Practice in an Australian Independent School

This thesis explores the importance of teachers' lived experiences in an Australian independent school. A reflexive methodology was used to analyse the interplay between agency and structure. The results are presented thematically, with findings related to explicit and tacit forms of knowledge, intersectionality, and the interconnectedness of disposition and position.<p></p>
