Teachers' policy experiences in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme

This thesis investigated the way that teachers experience the multiple accountability expectations when working in government International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme schools. Drawing on narrative and arts-informed methods, it mapped the ways that policy is felt to increase and decrease teachers' capacities to enact their espoused educational purposes.
