This thesis examines the environmental impacts of ultra-processed foods (UPFs), identifying them as significant contributors to environmental degradation. Through a mixed-methods approach, it highlights the need for policy changes to reduce UPF production and consumption, suggesting that holistic strategies can improve both health and sustainability in food systems.<p></p>
