The Grey Zone: When war is not war a de-escalation strategy for Australia

When War is Not War- A thesis that proposes an alternate strategy that acknowledges and suggests new ways to defeat emerging forms of coercive state craft, commonly termed as 'grey-zone' warfare. Responses to this type of threat require an alternate approach to defence policy and national security- one that involves the use of 'strike power' if Australia is to secure its sovereignty and interests now and into the future.
