The Implications of marketing capability in financial market

The thesis assesses the contributions of a company’s marketing capability to its future profit, risk and value. The findings pointed to an underreaction of investors towards such value-relevant information. The study proposes a stock trading strategy to capture profit resulting from under-priced stocks of companies that have strong marketing capability.
