The Polyphonic Other: Trans Voice in an Australian Zine Archive

<p dir="ltr">This thesis examines trans-oriented zines within State Library Victoria's Zine Collection. The study researches over 20 years of zines, documenting the emergence of an autonomous, polyphonic and diverse trans zine voice. Challenging and subverting notions of trans as "other", these zines offer an immersive, chronotopic presence within the archive space.</p>
