The Theory and Practice of Co-creation to Develop Health-Enabling Initiatives: a Food Retail Perspective

thesis
posted on 2024-10-31, 05:32 authored by Maria del Carmen Vargas Ares
This thesis presents co-creation as a model for health-enabling strategies in food retail. The research methodology used a multi-method design, including a systematic review, interviews with academic experts, a web-based survey, and a case study. More work is needed to develop multi-stakeholder partnerships and practical tools to co-create health-enabling strategies in food retail.
