The attitude of PKS on the implementation of Sharia in democratic Indonesia

The study aims to scrutiny the attitude of PKS on the implementation of Sharia in Indonesia. The finding points at the party’s strategy of downplaying its Sharia agendas, and instead promoting issues which are appealing to a broader constituency. The party describes this approach as being intrinsic to its da’wa strategy.
