The business value of IT in healthcare: an analysis

The findings from this research indicate that evaluating the business value of IT in healthcare is challenging, and needs to take different contextual conditions around healthcare organisations into consideration, including healthcare ecosystem, people, processes, and technology. Several publications have been produced from this research to date.
