The effect of Nb addition on the annealing behaviour of Fe-30Mn-TWIP steel

This work studied the influence of Nb in high Mn steels. It has been found that this influence is similar to that seen in conventional steels over the role of Mn is accounted for. There is therefore potential to employ Nb as grain refiner as is done in conventional high strength low alloy steels.
