This research used the power of storytelling to explore the lived experiences of university tutors in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The findings established that neo-liberal agendas were permeating and influencing the day-to-day experiences of the tutors; impacting on their senses of self, and developing professional identities.
