The political economy of meat reduction for healthy and sustainable food systems

This thesis investigated the political challenge of reducing red and processed meat production and consumption for healthy and sustainable food systems. It examined the actors, food system dynamics, and the role of influence in public spheres as enablers or barriers to achieving reduction goals.
