Time-Dependent Diffusion of Chloride through Cement Pastes: Effect of Pore Structure and Chloride-Cement Interaction

This study examines the influence of inherent physical and chemical parameters of cement paste binders on chloride ingress into concrete when exposed to corrosive marine environment. The findings would contribute toward improved selection of binding materials for concrete structure that resist chloride initiated corrosion of steel reinforcement.
