Toward a Neo-Lockean Account of Our Obligations to the Dead

This thesis argues that the Termination Thesis is incompatible with everyday practices toward the dead. The thesis concludes that a neo-Lockean account of posthumous survival is preferable as it aligns with our everyday practices toward the dead.
