Understanding musculoskeletal conditions in relation to frailty

This study reported that musculoskeletal parameters contributed more and had greater predictability for frailty compared to other factors, with muscle deficits contributing more compared to bone deficits. These results suggest that interventions directed at musculoskeletal health should be evaluated as a strategy to delay the onset or progression of frailty.
