Understanding obesity prevention policy decision-making processes: a case study of Healthy Together Victoria using political and system sciences

Despite the growing health burden associated with obesity, preventive policy progress has been slow. This thesis investigated how and why obesity prevention policies were or were not adopted by the Victorian government, as part of the Healthy Together Victoria initiative. Learnings have informed research and practice to increase policy action.
