Unpacking the ?black box?: Implementation evaluation of interventions to improve motor skill competence in children and adolescents

This research is the first to systematically examine the implementation evaluation of motor competence interventions for children and adolescents. This body of work includes: 1) the first systematic review to examine intervention processes, 2) a novel contribution of applying a systems science methodology for the first time in motor development and physical activity research, and 3) an examination of interrelationship of barriers to the implementation and sustainability from stakeholder perspectives.
