Using input-output data in life cycle inventory analysis

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate methods of environmental assessment, as applied to the Australian construction industry. Results from typical methods were found to be significantly incomplete. This incompleteness was shown to be improved by using national average data. It was shown that currently available data is insufficient.
