Water's edge and the water's edge writing

Consists of a novel and an exegesis exploring creative writing and research. Via writing, the novel's main character, a midnight-to-dawn radio announcer, discovers information about her family past and future. The exegesis addresses the nature and role of the exegesis in the current PhD thesis requirements for creative writing in Australian universities.
