Women and workplace training : an analysis of policy and practice

Analyses the National Training Reform Agenda and power relations in selected workplaces in relation to women and training. Findings indicate that it did not take account of women's work and life contexts and that some workplace practices have resulted in a lack of developmental training opportunities for women.
