Women’s Professional Sport: A Case Study of the AFLW Evolution

This research investigated the unique challenges faced by women’s professional sport. It explored the development of the AFLW through a management lens, and involved conducting over 100 interviews and attending over 50 matches. The key findings offer insights for developing women’s professional sport leagues and organisations globally.
