Women's Professional Sport: A Case Study of the AFLW Evolution

Women's professional sport is often faced with unique challenges. My PhD understands the development of the AFLW through a management lens and involved conducting over 100 interviews and attending over 50 matches. The key findings of my research provide insights for developing women's professional sport leagues and organisations globally.
