Young Australian Adults' Perceptions and Consumption of Discretionary Foods

This research explored young Australian adults' perceptions of discretionary foods and beverages and examined the factors associated with their consumption of discretionary foods and beverages using mixed-methods research design. Findings highlight the need to address the high intakes of discretionary foods and beverages among the young adult cohort in Australia.
