This thesis develops a genealogy of the power/knowledge/subject relations that have structured the problem of education, young people and uncertain futures of work and the climate crisis. This includes an analysis of a complex network of relations, discourses, policies and agencies in what is identified as Australia's neo-liberal education apparatus.
