Zebrafish: drug discovery, toxicity testing and chemical modulators of lipids

This study investigated the suitability of the zebrafish as an organism to be used drug discovery as well as subsequent toxicity testing. In addition it demonstrates how zebrafish can be used as a model for the chemical modulation of lipids in vivo
