Lars Kooijman is a PhD candidate working under the supervision of A/Prof. Houshyar Asadi, A/Prof Shady Mohamed and Prof. Saeid Nahavandi at Deakin University, Australia. Lars obtained his master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from InHolland University of Applied Science in Alkmaar, The Netherlands. Lars' predominant research interest lies in the application of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in fields such as motion simulators, transportation safety, and psychological assessment tools. Furthermore, he is interested in the combined use of psychophysiology and VR technology.
