This Booklet does not describe our full range of designs, but displays plans of buildings most in request. If none of the houses as shown herein are suitable we will gladly furnish other plans and quotations.
The prices stated are for delivery in the suburbs of Sydney within reasonable distance of our works but the only additional cost to any purchaser for country delivery is the actual amount we pay for freights, fares and cartages, time travelling and the extra wages to be paid to builders under the Awards. We will work out these figures so nearly as to be counted upon as fairly accurate for any building we are asked to quote.
Where " Materials ” are quoted we do not include Bricks, Paint, Lime, Sand, Cement.
Where the building “Erected" is quoted we do include the above items but we assume the site is level.
Fullest enquiry is invited.
We guarantee first quality in both Labor and Materials.
The prices are cut so fine that buildings of similar design and to our standard specification cannot be built for less than our quoted figures.
