PRICES FOR COMPLETE CEILINGS-
-MATERIALS ONLY UNFIXED-
The following Design Rates for complete Steel Ceiling Treatments, illustrated in our Catalogue M91, enable clients to calculate readily the total price for similar Jesgins in rooms of any size. The prices give a rate per square yard for the ceiling; exclusive of the cornice; the cornice is extra and the catalogue number of the cornice chosen must be specified by the client. For prices, see page 5.
These design rates cover the necessary Wunderlich Ceiling material, including sufficient -sin. x 16-gauge nails for fixing the ceiling, and ample material to provide for any waste involved in cutting. Steel ceilings are invariably used for rooms, whilst Galvanised Steel Ceilings are essential for awnings.
In addition, we supply a working drawing, showing the correct set-out of the battens and metal materials to the specified area. When ordering, clients should furnish a rough plan of the room to be ceiled, showing the direction in which the ceiling joists run and projections such as chimney breasts, piers, etc.
The following prices are based on an average sized room, and may vary slightly with different areas and irregular shapes.

Inexpensive—
HE new Wunderlich patterns in Metal Ceilings meet the present day demand for simplicity in design. They combine flat surfaces and well-defined angles, with crisp, modelled relief, and are appropriate for awning, shop or office ceilings, as well as for modern homes or apartments.
Wunderlich Ceilings — unlike brittle materials — will not crack or fall, they are fire-retardant and, once erected, the upkeep cost is virtually nil.
Remember, a Wunderlich Ceiling is easily and quickly erected right over stained, cracked, or unsightly old cejjings of wood or plaster, without even removing the existing ceiling, and without dirt or bother.
Ask for designs and a quotation for supplying and fixing a Wunderlich Ceiling to suit the area of any room, or visit our Showrooms and examine the many Ceiling Designs in situ.
