Healthy markets - healthy people/ : reforming health care in Cambodia
Annear, Peter Leslie. 2001, Healthy markets - healthy people/ : reforming health care in Cambodia, Ph.D. thesis, School of Health Sciences, Deakin University.

Comparing three models of health policy making, this study underlines the critical importance of equity in service provision, government investment in health, and understanding the cultural determinates of demand.
