Swinburn, Boyd A. and de Silva-Sanigorski, Andrea M. 2010, Where to from here for preventing childhood obesity : an international perspective, Obesity, vol. 18, Supplement 1, pp. 4-7, doi: 10.1038/oby.2009.424.
