The study examines adjudication scheme introduced within security of payment laws to resolve payment disputes in the construction industry. The study provides guidelines for introducing effective adjudication review mechanisms to improve the quality of decisions. The guidelines can reinstate industry satisfaction with adjudication outcome and limit court & lawyers involvement.
